Bar manager and resident mixologist Al Serrano freely calls this place “a rum house” and he enjoys mixing Cruzan’s Raspberry Rum.

How do you make it?

2 lime wedges
4 raspberries
8 mint leaves
Bar syrup
2 ounces Cruzan Raspberry Rum

Muddle ingredients in a tall glass. Then add rum, squirt soda water on top and shake.

How would you describe its taste?

At sunset on the beach.

Frozen Raspberry Daiquiri

How do you make it?

2 ounces Cruzan Raspberry Rum
Raspberry puree
Dash lime juice

Add ingredients to a blender with ice. Blend until smooth. Blend with ice till smooth.

How would you describe its taste?

Red and fruity!

When is it best to drink?

On a hot day.

Who drinks it?

Vacationers on the beach love this drink.

Lemon Berry Cooler

How do you make it?

3 lemon wedges
1 ounce Cruzan Raspberry Rum
1 ounce Cruzan Black Cherry Rum
1 ounce Cruzan Strawberry Rum

Muddle lemon wedges in a tall glass. Add ice and other ingredients. Top with club soda.

How would you describe its taste?

Sweet and tart at the same time.

Around the pool.

Someone with a sweet tooth.

How do you make it?

2 ounces Cruzan Raspberry Rum
4 ounces fresh lemonade
Splash of Chambord

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add rum and lemonade. Shake and top with Chambord.
